BarndominiumDesigns.net specializes in offering house plans in digital format. All house plans are sold as digital downloads, and the files will be sent electronically upon purchase unless otherwise stated.

Return Policy

All sales on BarndominiumDesigns.net are final. Due to the nature of digital products, there is no way to return or cancel the plans once they have been downloaded. We recommend reviewing all product descriptions carefully before completing your purchase.

In the event that a plan cannot be downloaded due to a technical issue, or if a file is defective, we will work with you to resolve the issue by providing a new download link or an alternative solution as deemed appropriate. If a specific return policy applies, it will be stated clearly on the product page.

Shipping Policy

All house plans are delivered via digital download. After purchase, a download link will be sent to your provided email address within 24 hours of completing the transaction. Please ensure that the email address entered at checkout is correct.

The download link will be available for 48 hours after it is sent.
If you fail to download your plans within this period, please contact our support team to request a new link.

In cases where a physical item (such as printed plans or merchandise) must be shipped, allow up to 12 business days for processing and shipment. You will receive a shipping confirmation along with tracking details via email once the item has been shipped.

License and Use of Plans

All house plans purchased from BarndominiumDesigns.net are licensed for personal use only. You may not resell, redistribute, or share the plans with third parties. By purchasing a plan, you agree to use it solely for your own construction or design purposes. Purchased design plans are to be used only once per purchase.

Limitation of Liability
